Do we have a travel agent?

Will the wedding be Adults Only?

Yes, our wedding will be Adults Only. We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we are unable to accommodate guests under the age of 18. Thank you for understanding!

Do I have to stay the full 5 days of the hotel block?

No, the dates are flexible based on your reservation preference. However, we hope you'll take the opportunity to enjoy a bit of Mexico with us while you're here! To be included in the wedding block, all reservations must be made through Michelle.

What is Adults Only All Inclusive Resort?

An "Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort" is a vacation destination designed exclusively for adults (age 18 and older) that offers all-inclusive pricing, meaning: ✅ All-Inclusive means: All food is included – buffet, à la carte restaurants, snacks, etc. All drinks are included – including alcoholic beverages like cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. Activities and entertainment. No tipping required (Not required but definitely suggested). ✅ Adults Only means: Only guests aged 18 or older are allowed.

Do I have to RSVP?

We’d love to have your RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly—but we completely understand if your plans aren’t set just yet. Our room block will be held until February 13, 2026.

Do guest have a dress code for the wedding?

Absolutely not! It’s a beach wedding in the summer… in Mexico! ☀️🌊 Please dress cool and comfortable — think light fabrics and tropical vibes. Don’t forget your sunglasses! Ladies, no worries about sand — we won’t be on the beach itself, so feel free to wear any shoes you like.

Can I have a Plus-One?

Yes — we believe the more, the merrier! Just be sure to provide your guest’s name to the travel agent when you submit your details.

Does the hotel offer dietary restriction menus?

Yes, the hotel offers menus that cater to various dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special diets. With more than 20 restaurants and bars on-site, guests have a wide range of options to choose from.

Is there a Wedding Registry?

No, your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for. Since many of you are traveling to celebrate with us, your effort and love mean the world—and that’s more than enough.

Do I have to have a Passport?

Yes, U.S. citizens are required to present a valid passport when entering Mexico, regardless of whether they are traveling by air, land, or sea. This requirement applies to all travelers. Additionally, it's advisable that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond your planned departure date. Passport Processing Times and Costs Routine Processing: Typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. $180.00 Expedited Processing: Available for an additional $60 fee, reducing the processing time to 2 to 3 weeks. Online Renewal: If you meet eligibility criteria, you can renew your passport online, which may expedite the process.

Can I pay over time?

Yes, you can pay over time. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due by February 13, 2026.

Is there a specific flight to book?

Not yet — it's still too early, but Michelle will help us find the best deal when the time comes.
